No. This law only applies to people who control or manage a facility “for the purpose of unlawfully manufacturing, storing, distributing, or using a controlled substance.” It does not apply to the activities of people in the privacy of their own homes. Nevertheless, it is important to remember that use and sale of illicit drugs anywhere remains illegal under the Controlled Substances Act.
