If you lose or forget your State Bank Financial Online Banking ID or PASSWORD, you may contact a State Bank Financial representative at (608) 784-4600 during regular business hours or send an email to customerservice@statebankfinancial.com (Email Security). After confirming your identity, we will be happy to assist you. A State Bank Financial representative will never ask you for your PASSWORD.
