Until your WorkSafe claim is accepted, your employer is under no obligation to make any payments. You can contact Centrelink and advice them that you have lodged a WorkSafe claim and liability is pending. Centrelink will advise you of any entitlement you may have. If your claim for weekly compensation has been accepted and your employer is refusing to pay you, contact your WorkSafe agent or the WorkSafe Advisory Service on 9641 1444 or 1800 136 089.
