What if I have never simmed before?
We will teach you the art of simming either in training sessions or by allowing you to enter our room as an observer until you feel comfortable participating in the sim. We have a whole Training and Recruitment department dedicated to the training of new officers. We also have a mentoring program in sims where new officers are assigned to senior officers to mentor and guide them through the sim.
