What if I have an inconclusive animal and have not had a reactor animal TB in the preceding 3 years?
Where an inconclusive TB animal is detected and there is no history of TB in the herd in the preceding 3 years or from herd health history in the period immediately prior to this, the clear-tested animals may move within the UK but cannot go for intra-community trade. All animals leaving these herds will gain a status of ICU (on APHIS). These animals will be restricted to NI / GB trade only and the ICU status will only be removed following resolution of the inconclusive animal.
