A. Email, fax, or mail a copy of the Utah State Tax Commission Exemption Certificate (TC-721). Please be sure to include your company name and username (if applicable) on your fax cover sheet. Once we’ve verified your tax exempt, we’ll be sure to deduct all sales tax from the total cost of your order.
