This matter will have to be dealt with by way of a court hearing. You will need to send a photocopy of your driving licence and a covering letter to the Safety Camera Unit. Your file will be prepared for Court and you will receive a summons in due course. Alternatively, you can apply for a DVLA issued driving licence.
