What if i forgot to take birth control pill?
If you read the pamphlet that comes with your pill packet it tells you exactly what to do in that situation. Which being on birth control, or any medication for that matter, you should always read. It’s called the back-up method. If you forgot to take your pill yesterday, take yesterday’s pill IMMEDIATELY after remembering that you forgot to take it and then take today’s pill at the normal time. And always remember to take your pill at the same time every day or else you might as well not be on birth control. And your chance of getting pregnant is heightened for the next 7 days after forgetting to take a pill so double up with condoms and be extra safe.
