What if I forgot my Vivianos Bloom Rewards Card?
If your card number was not entered in-store, you may still add a purchase to your Vivianos Bloom Rewards balance within 90 days of your original transaction. Log in to your personal account and click on Bloom Rewards Credit to add a purchase. Bloom Rewards points may also be added to your account at the register after the original transaction at select locations. See your store for details. Always keep your receipts for verification in the event of a discrepancy.
