If you’ve forgotten your User ID, call online banking support any time, day or night, at 888.763.7600. If you’ve forgotten your password, enter your user ID on the log-in page and select the “Forgot Password” link at the password request. You’ll be prompted to respond to the authentication questions you set up when you established your OnCommand account. (Remember, your answers are case-sensitive.) Once you’ve successfully answered the authentication questions, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. If you are unable to answer the authentication questions or need additional help, call OnCommand online banking support at 888.763.7600.
