What if I forget my GovTeller™ Account password?
If you forget your password, but know your username (e-mail address) that you signed up with, you will be asked to answer the secret question you provided at sign up (e.g. Mother’s maiden name, pet’s name, etc.). If you answer this question correctly, your password will be e-mailed to you at the email used during registration. Click Here to retrieve your Password.
