Terms For Credit Codes – You must notify us of any unwanted items within 48 hours of delivery (credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue). Returns must be sent back within 7 days or 14 if non UK resident. Please send to the address on our ‘Contact’ page. Once we receive the returned item we will add a credit code to your account(unless a straight exchange for a different size is required) to the value of the item. Please Note: Postage and packing is non refundable. If you do not receive your credit code within 3 days of the return please contact us via the form on your contact page. Items returned outside of the timescale listed will be sent back to you. We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage on returned items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
