What if I experience technical problems with WebCT like it goes down or something?
• The first thing you need to do is to shut down your computer and restart it. If you still cant access WebCT, contact the SWTJC HelpDesk at (830) 591-7323 and ask them if WebCT is down. They will be able to tell you if the problem is with WebCT or with your computer connection. If the problem is with WebCT, notify me of the time you experienced the problem, who you talked to at the HelpDesk, and what they recommended.
