What if I don’t want to join CrossFit East Village but would prefer to strictly work with one of your trainers one-on-one?
A. If you want to work out at CrossFit East Village then you must be a member, which also means you must go through the Foundations Class series. After completing these classes you are cleared to train with the WOD classes, take advantage of the unlimited open gym, or work with one of our trainers one-on-one depending on what you set up with them.
