If you are satisfied with your current healthcare coverage and you are in a plan that will continue to be offered to you next year, you will not have to re-enroll. Your current coverage will remain for 2004, even if a price is now required for that coverage. If you terminated employment on or before January 1, 1993, there will be a charge for you only medical coverage and this must be paid to receive your 2004 coverage. If you are in a plan that will no longer be offered and if you do not enroll in a plan of your choice, you will be automatically enrolled in the BCBS PPO at your current category of coverage level (for example, you + spouse). We strongly encourage you to review your current coverage and understand any changes for 2004 to ensure you have the coverage you need.
