What if I dont want to answer a question or if I want to leave the study altogether?
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You can choose not to answer any single question or an entire survey, as well as choose to leave the study at any time, without any consequences. • How did you choose students for the study? All first time, non-married, entering freshmen who completed the Contact Form and were 17 to 19 years of age were invited to participate. Everyone was then randomly assigned to a survey group, which determines the frequency with which they are asked to complete the surveys. • How many students were asked to participate? In order to get the fullest range of collegiate experiences, we needed a diverse population of students. We successfully enrolled 3,742 students from the entering class of 2004 in The UT Experience! • How will my answers be used? What exactly are you interested in?
