What if I don’t transfer my domain name through eNom?

Because AOL will not maintain ownership of any personalized domain names we registered on behalf of our users after December 31, 2008, those names will be released, and as a result the email service will come to an end for those domain names that are released. Note: Please go to http://www.enom.com/ to register and complete the domain transfer. It is important that you take action no later than December 31, 2008 to transfer your domain. If you do not complete the transfer by then, your domain and all email addresses under the domain will be permanently deleted. Completing the transfer before December 31st will ensure your email service is not disrupted. eNom can assist with all aspects of transferring your service. If you have questions during the transfer, call them at (425) 974-4689 ( Note: this number is not a toll-free number) or e-mail customercare@enom.com.
