What if I dont sign up for the WinOnLine Bill Payment Service initially and later decide that I want to sign up?
You can sign up for the WinOnLine Bill Payment Service at any time. Just click on the main menu option entitled Bill Payments. The Bill Payments screen will then indicate that you are not currently enrolled. Follow the simple enrollment instructions and you will be able to start using the service immediately. If you do not see a Bill Payments button, send an email using the Mail Box function in WinOnLine requesting to initiate the Bill Payment service. Within two (2) business days you will be notified, via the Mail Box function, that you can begin using the service.
