We really hope that won’t happen, but if you’re not satisfied, you can easily go back. Model Packs feature a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don’t like them, you can return them using the Line 6 Monkey in the same way that you bought them. If you don’t like the new PODXT/Pro Version 2 firmware, you can go back to the version you installed before you updated by using the “rollback” feature within the Line 6 Monkey. However, the Model Packs will not work in the older versions of PODXT/Pro firmware.
