Not every coach is a perfect match for their client, which is why I offer a free initial consultation sessions. This will provide an opportunity for you to clarify any issues you may have about the process and about me, and allow us to identify whether Life Coaching is right for you or your business. There is no obligation for you to continue with Life Coaching or Business Coaching after this initial consultation. I do not normally have an initial consultation session for Counselling, however I will answer any questions you may have before engaging in Counselling sessions.
