If it is the first time you have filled a prescription at the network pharmacy, you may need to pay cash and take one of the following steps to obtain reimbursement: You may submit a claim for reimbursement (see instructions to under foregoing question) or you may return to the pharmacy with your ID card within 10 days of the purchase and have the pharmacy re-process the prescription. The pharmacy will reimburse you the difference between your co-pay and any other applicable amounts and the cost of the prescription. If you complete this process, you do not need to submit a form. To avoid these inconveniences, always carry your ID card with you.
