The delivery of most primary healthcare programs and services at the Sherbourne Health Centre are covered under the provinces health insurance plan. It is important that you bring your OHIP card with you to every appointment. However, if you do not have an OHIP card, you can still receive Sherbourne Health Centre services free of charge. Please note that additional charges may apply to services that are not covered by OHIP such as medical reports, records transfer, etc.
