What if I don have an ILLiad account?
A. If you have never used the ILLiad system before you will be taken to a short registration page after clicking the Request PDF button in HOLLIS and successfully logging in through the Harvard University PIN server. Once you have a filled out your personal information on this registration page you will need to go back to HOLLIS and click the “Request PDF” link a second time in order to place your Scan and Deliver request. Based on your affiliation, your account will be routed to the appropriate home library within 1 business day. For subsequent requests, you will automatically be redirected to your home library’s ILLiad webpages after PIN authentication. Q. Uh, oh- I think I’ve been routed to the wrong home library! A. Contact the Widener Library ILL department (email: illweb@fas.harvard.edu, phone: 5-2972) and we can route you to the correct library.
