What if I Dont Have a PIN or a Claim Code?
You only need a PIN or a Claim Code if you dont have a Mason Username (NetID) and password. If you need a PIN or a Claim Code, you will need to request a Claim Code. Then, you can use your Claim Code and G Number to begin the process to get your username and password. You will need to provide photo identification to get a Claim Code and you cannot request it by telephone or by email. There are two ways that you can request a Claim Code.
