What if I don get the Confirmation email after creating a New User in Moodle?
The email is, most likely, in your bulk or spam folder. If not, you might have made a typo in the email address you submitted when you created your user. Contact Kiana Wyatt at kiwyatt@cerrocoso.edu or fill out the Webmaster Form and she will confirm your email address and your user. Once your user has been confirmed, you can log in to the Moodle system. Please note that it sometimes take up to an hour for Yahoo! email addresses, for the confirmation email to be received. If you don’t get the confirmation email in your school email inbox, please check your email address in the BanWeb system (most student email addresses have the word, “email”, in the extension of the email address, i.e., john.doe1234@email.cerrocoso.edu), and then use the link to Create a New Account again, but using the correct email address.
