If last years annual report is due, we cannot accept this years report. New Hampshire entities: Failure to file two (2) consecutive annual reports and fees will result in administrative dissolution of the entity. Foreign (out-of-state) entities: Failure to file annual report and fees will result in suspension of the entity’s certificate of authority to transact business in New Hampshire.
