What if I do not receive my e-mail notification from CastleQuest?
If you do not receive a CastleQuest confirmation e-mail within 2 hours of registration, please contact CastleQuest Customer Support directly at cqadmin@wec-llc.com. If you fail to notify CastleQuest within 2 hours from point of registration that confirmation has not been received, CastleQuest will not be responsible for undelivered or missed events due to non-received passwords and access codes.
