Yes, the activities of the NPCA are not limited to people directly affiliated with the Peace Corps. The mission of serving others, learning about new cultures and sharing those experiences with those around you is universal. Given the global nature of our community we can all embrace the spirit of these activities and everyone who values the Peace Corps is welcome to contribute.
