If you didn’t install the Carnegie Mellon version of JRE, you will still be able to log in to Oracle Financials, however, when you select a forms-based menu item, your green progress bar will start to display, but will then hang or cease to progress. In order to avoid this, download and install the Carnegie Mellon JRE 1.6.0_22-b03 version.
