All LMCs must file a STEP Agreement with the Port and register their trucks in the Port Registry database in order to access the Seaport. LMCs who are new to drayage at the Seaport must file a STEP Agreement immediately. Trucks without proof of STEP registration may be denied access to Seaport facilities starting June 1, 2010.
