What if I did not get an answer to the e-mail I sent to Ask Jeeves?
We do our best to answer every e-mail we receive. If an e-mail is returned as undeliverable, we have no way of contacting you. So please, make sure you can receive e-mail and contact us again. We don’t respond to spam or e-mail containing profanity. If you’re using AOL, make sure that your e-mail preferences are set to receive e-mail from Ask Jeeves. Go to the Mail Center menu and choose Mail Controls to make sure your settings don’t allow e-mail only from certain domains.
