What if I did not choose any institutions on the test day or need to send more than 5 institutions later?
Please fill out “Additional Score Request Form” in the GRE Information Bulletin and send the document to ETS by fax or mail. Please note that you are required to pay the fee to ETS even though you chose less than four institutions on the test day. As of this timing, the additional score report fee is US$20 per institution.
