What if I decide to cancel/postpone transportation after making transport arrangements?
– Transports are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once National Youth Transports receives signed paperwork from the parents, NYT will then make all flight purchases and other travel accommodations. If transport is cancelled/postponed prior to the transport agents arriving to pickup location or flights are not purchased NYT can sometimes refund the refundable portion of transportation. Otherwise, NYT will be forced to collect the total amount for transportation. In the event of cancel/postpone to a later time, NYT will perform the new transportation for travel accommodations only and use your previous credits towards your new transport.
