If you decide you no longer want your card, the easiest way to close your account is to spend the remaining funds or withdraw your money via an ATM, and then contact customer service and inform us you wish to close your account. If you wish to close your account and have a check mailed to you for the remaining funds available on your card, contact customer service and a Check Issuance Fee will be deducted from the account and a check for the remaining balance will be sent to the Cardholder’s address on file.
