What if I can’t see the My TeleNav Browser Plugin after I’ve downloaded it?
A. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer the TeleNav icon may not be immediately visible after you’ve downloaded the My TeleNav Browser Plugin. To correct this, right click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer toolbar and select “Customize,” then select “Add or Remove Commands.” In the pop-up window, select the TeleNav icon from the current toolbar buttons list and click “Move Up” until the TeleNav icon is at the top of the list. You may also need to close and restart your browser to see the change.
