What if I can’t get to the NetLibrary home page from outside the Library?
Try re-entering your Library card number and the first four letters of your last name. If you still cannot get in, check to be sure you are entering the entire card number with no spaces. If you are still unsuccessful and are using the number pad on your keyboard, check to make sure that the “Num Lock” key is on.
