What if I can get my ethernet connection to work?
The first step in all troubleshooting is to make sure your computer is setup properly. Check out our ethernet instructions to make for sure that your machine has the proper settings. If your machine still doesn’t connect try rebooting and check to make sure that your ethernet cable is plugged into the wall and to the back of your machine. If you continue to have problems find your dorm ResNet worker or call the Team55 office at (325) 674-5555.
