What if I cant eject my U3 Launchpad as a program is still running?
This kind of issue can be caused by an anti-virus running on your U3 device. Be sure to exit every U3 application before trying to eject your Launchpad. We suggest to update the application that caused the problem in the first place and then, if this doesnt work, to update your U3 Launchpad. You can also try a hardware eject through the Windows system tray section (in the bottom right corner of your desktop screen). If none of these solutions work for you, please contact us.
