• Students must find an acceptable alternate proctor within two weeks of the published testing period. See question #6 for information on selecting an acceptable alternate proctor. • Complete and submit the Alternate Proctor Request Form. See question #9 for instructions on filling out the form. • Provide your exam schedule to your proctor. • Students are responsible for any payment that may be required by the proctor or testing center. • Schedule your exam date and time with the proctor. • Take your exam within the timeframe outlined in your course syllabus or as authorized by your instructor. • Exams taken with alternate proctors may not be taken on the computer, only paper-based.
