What if I cannot enroll my response pad on the eInstruction website?
The most common problem is that students misread the serial number printed in small black letters on the back of the blue response pad. The serial number can be somewhat hard to read. Try to read it carefully and be sure you are typing it in correctly. An “8” can sometimes look like a “B,” etc., so you may have to look closely to see which one it is.
