If your ticket and visa have not been issued, you will be refunded all but $200 (200) of your total payment. If your ticket and visa have been issued, the cost of your ticket and visa processing fee will be deducted from the refund i.e. total payment minus ticket costs minus visa costs minus $200 (200).
