You should remit the Subsidy on the off-road diesel component of the fuel purchased to the Office of State Revenue within 7 days after the month in which the diesel is used. You should keep a record of the details of your diesel fuel purchase, including: • the date of purchase • the total volume of diesel purchased • the price of the diesel purchased and • the volume of diesel used for off-road purposes.
