Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Animal Science and Animal Health Science are impacted at the program level and therefore, there is no distinction between Tier 1 and Tier 2 applicants in the admission process. All candidates must meet regular University admission standards, be a California resident, and meet any additional standards required by the Departments. Be advised that you may not be processed in your alternate major listed on the application if not selected for one of these programs.
