If you have fully implemented OfficeMate and ExamWRITER in your practice and have an active software maintenance agreement, future software upgrades will begin the process of complying with new EHR federal government certification standards. ExamWRITER 8.0, currently available, offers an integrated ePrescribing module powered by DrFirst. When implemented, ePrescribing will qualify you for a 2% rebate from Medicare up to a maximum of $5,000 annually.
