What if I am receiving more than one copy of the same ezine?
• ArcaMax does not send multiple copies of any of our publications, however for our system to work efficiently, our mailer will some times send multiple copies if the e-mail server of the subscriber does not respond. Some e-mail servers don’t respond, but then hold the messages (in this case, the same messages) and later deliver them to your e-mail box when it is running again. To make a long explanation short, for us to have an efficient overall system, this problem will occur every now and then depending on the receiving mail server.
