If you are dissatisfied with your housing assignment once you arrive, please visit our office in 100 Harbin Hall so a staff member can discuss options and provide alternatives to the particular problems you are having. Our office is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm and on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30am – 6pm. Refunds are only given in the case of a personal medical situation documented by a physician or cancellation of summer school courses.
