If you are dissatisfied with Epicare / Bellabe for whatever reason, please e-mail us within 14 days of purchase for a Return Authorization Number. Ship your Epicare / Bellabe back to us with its original packaging and elements within the next 7 days and we will give you a refund less $4.00 handling fees for each Epicare / Bellabe. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that most other sellers do not give refunds on hair removal products.
