We are very confident that you will find our product easy to use and a great tool. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please call our friendly technical support at (603) 434-1905. If we cannot resolve your issues to your complete satisfaction, we will gladly issue you a refund until the February 1 following the tax year (less shipping and handling charges). Sorry, due to the short nature of the tax season, after February 1, we can not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
