First, please verify that you are a Upromise member by visiting www.upromise.com/activate. If you are not a member, please enroll immediately. Next, please ensure that your Upromise credit card is registered for college savings. Once your card is registered in your Upromise account, previously earned 1% college savings from Bank of America will post to your account within 30 business days. If these contributions do not post within 30 business days, please contact Upromise Customer Care at 1-888-461-4554. Please note that you will not be eligible to receive the 10% college savings on grocery, drugstore, and dining transactions until your card has been fully registered in your Upromise account.
