What if I am having a problem loading data into Quicken or Quickbooks?
Make sure you are downloading information from your First Federal account into Quicken or Quickbooks. Log into Personal Online Banking or your Business Banking account and go to the account details page of the account you want to download. Select the Type of Export and hit the download button. Wait until Quicken or Quickbooks opens and processes the file and then view the account information in Quicken.
